Foamline HVQ

The Foamline HVQ is a fully automatic cutting line designed for the high-speed continuous production of sheets, insulation panels, and building products from EPS blocks, delivering excellent surface quality and densities according to EN 13163 and ATSM C578 standards.

Cutting Frame H.OSC: Single Frame Oscillation

The core of the Foamline HVQ is the robust single frame oscillation H.OSC cutting frame.

FEATURES

  • Built within a well-welded, heavy-duty steel frame.

The Foamline HVQ PRO is a fully automatic cutting line designed for the high-speed continuous production of sheets, insulation panels, and building products from EPS blocks with a maximum length of 3.000 mm.

Cutting Frame H.OSC-2

The core of the Foamline HVQ is the counter oscillation frame H.OSC cutting frame.

  • Utilizes up to 100 wires with counter frame oscillation, structured as 50 pieces per frame. Accommodates wire diameters of 0,3 or 0,4 mm.
  • Features a clearance of 1.350 x 1.500 mm and allows for a minimum sheet thickness and minimum wire distance of 10 mm.
  • Equipped with the “H.OSC-2” mechanical counter oscillation system for the horizontal frame.
  • Features automatic wire positioning and automatic wire setting AWS. It includes specialized hardware and software for inclined wire setting, which is ideal for cutting tapered sheets.
  • Built with a fixed frame inclination of 10 degrees.
  • Features a selective wire cooling system.
  • It allows for independent heat and speed adjustments.
  • Integrated with a wire break detection unit for the horizontal sheet cutting wires, which includes auto speed control.
  • Comes fully equipped with heavy-duty springs, wire holders, and contactors.

Unicut

An efficient, compact machine designed for processing EPS blocks into insulation sheets.

  • Performs horizontal slabbing, vertical trimming, and cutting to length within a single machine.
  • Available Block Length Configurations: 2.0 m, 2.5 m, and 3.0 m.
  • Achieves a cutting time of 5 to 6 minutes for a 3.0 m block length (time calculated excluding loading and unloading).

Operational Sequence

  1. Load the EPS block into the machine and start the cycle.
  2. The horizontal frame, equipped with vertical trimming wires, travels through the block.
  3. The downcutting frame activates to cut the material to the precise length.
  4. The finished insulation sheets are discharged from the machine.
  5. The cutting frames automatically return to their home positions.
  6. Load a new block and restart the cycle.
